Homeowners Association
The Woods at Lake Wilderness HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Woods at Lake Wilderness HOA has an ACC committee so that we can help make sure that properties are kept nice and homeowners seek permission before completing projects on their properties that could impact other homeowners.
At times, the ACC will also be the eyes and ears to reinforce parking, yards being well maintained, and other things to keep the community safe and looking nice. This community would ask that every homeowner help us out by also keeping the community looking nice and parking according to the CCR's and By Law rules of the HOA. With the help of the Vice President of the HOA and ACC committee members, they will help to enforce by issuing warnings and fine notices during the year.
Our HOA ACC committee is made up of 3 volunteer community members. The current ACC members are --

This submitted request must be approved by the members of the ACC Committee and presented to the homeowner by the HOA Vice President before the work progress can begin. Failure to submit a request or beginning the project before it has been approved can result in legal and homeowner being responsible for any damages to the property.
We ask all HOA community members to be aware of the Rules and Bylaws in the CC & R as it pertains to safety and ACC rules of the community. Please proceed to submit the ACC request PDF below by following the instructions on the request form before beginning any work on the project and wait for your approval. If your project is denied or not approved, you will have a right to appeal the project to the full HOA board at the next schedule board meeting.
Any questions about the ACC committee or ACC rules, please contact the HOA Vice President by email.
